What Our Students Are Saying
Posturology Training:
A complete paradigm shift
Posturology teaches you how to leverage the body’s natural intelligence, without relying on manual therapies, equipment, or technology to achieve results.
The role of the posturologist is not to “fix” posture, but to restore the connection between the brain and the muscles by stimulating the sensory system full-time. By activating body sensors such as the feet or the eyes, the body is able to correct its own posture.
Complete postural assessment
Learn how to perform a full postural assessment from head to toe.
Learn how to identify the causes of postural imbalances, whether they originate from the feet or the eyes.
Exercise prescription
Postural control, proprioception, balance, vestibular system, sensorimotor system, and oculomotor system are terms that can often be confusing.
Learn how to differentiate them and, most importantly, how to select the exercises best suited to your client’s specific needs.
Theory, yes — but above all, practice
At CIES, hands-on practice is at the core of the learning experience. That’s why our cohorts are intentionally kept small, allowing the instructor to supervise each practical workshop with personalized attention.
Each assessment test or exercise is first explained theoretically, then demonstrated by Mat Boulé. Participants then practice in pairs, under the instructor’s guidance, to ensure optimal skill integration.

The Instructor: Mat Boulé
A posturologist specializing in global postural reprogramming since 2002, Mat has developed a unique and effective approach in his treatments.
Mat also served as the North American posturology instructor for PosturePro from 2007 to 2016. He is deeply fascinated by the human body.
His goal: to optimize human function and achieve measurable results—quickly.
To do so, he combines innovative and well-established methods, including posturology and elements of functional neurology, to restore balance within the body.
In 2016, Mat Boulé delivered a TED Talk on posturology, explaining how it helps people move better, learn better, and think better.
The CIES GUARANTEE
The CIES training in clinical posturology will have a profound impact on both your existing and future clients. They will experience measurable improvements in performance, reduced muscular tension, and posture — in a steady, linear progression every 6 weeks.
